I had a great experience at this laundry. The place is clean, organized, and very convenient. I especially want to highlight Anthony, the manager. He is such a kind and helpful person always attentive, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. Excellent service all around!

Update July 6th If you have small children like myself 5 children and they make a mess be expected to be talked to rudely no hi no hello just “they made a mess there’s a yellow broom and dustpan back there and you can clean it up “ so you’re expected to find the room and dustpan at this facility to clean up your children’s mess , they should make a sign please ask for broom and dustpan if you make a mess the lady said it to me very rude and nasty and I didn’t like it one bit . Yes I would have cleaned up on my own children’s mess no problem I asked before for the broom to clean up their mess here . It wasn’t even 5 minutes it was on floor either . Long over due review , but best in bridgeport clean, friendly, not filthy and dirty . clean bathroom and washers dryers . If you come any where come here . Affordable aswell . I’m a family 7 and this is my go to ! Just wish hours were earlier being that I’m such a big family I’d rather come early mornings !

I’m only giving 5 stars because of the employee Willy. He is always working hard keeps the place clean and solves problems with the machines that the OWNERS SHOULD BE SOLVING! Thankfully I am not one to flip out on an employee but there are crazy people who will because they don’t in that the machines not doing what they are supposed to do is out of their hands. The points system is stupid and needs to be fixed. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues where I spend $70 on washing and my laundry points are not on the card. I have a new card so there should be no issues. Please give recognition to this employee for his professional work ethic and please fix your machines!

I recently visited this laundromat, and I was beyond impressed! Not only was the place clean and well-organized, but they also offer free drying with every wash which is such a rare find! The machines were all in good condition, and the staff was super friendly. Great music, really laid-back, I appreciated how easy the process was. Definitely my new go-to spot!

My family I moved to this state three years ago. We have no washer or dryer, so we’re seeking around to find a laundromat, and we found this laundromat here and I tell you it is clean and smell good. The people are friendly even the customers are friendly, the Machines are big and pricey but compared to where I was living,so I do appreciate the service that I receive here very kind.they,also the massaging chair a Place that you can sit down and actually eat and read a 📕.you can used your machine card to purchase your detergent. so I do appreciate this store. Thank you so much for being here in this community God bless you..

Sometimes I'm having a not-so-good day but I need to do laundry. When I step inside Landromaxx in Bridgeport on Barnum Ave the staff there takes all of those "ugliee- bullies" away with a cheerful "hello" or some quick conversation! They are friendly, upbeat and I must add, they are usually busy doing something! Whether it be, tending to the machines, floors, garbage or laundry, they stay busy!! I love that!! And what adds to the beautiful experience is that Laundromaxx offers massage chairs, THAT WORK!!!! Thank you Laundromaxx for being a part of our community and I hope to have many more years of great service... unless I get a washer and dryer!!! 😁 NOT!!!! haha 😄

I’ve been using the drop off service for months and they always fold my clothes and sheets neatly, every employee I’ve met is always friendly. My orders are always ready fast and smell great. If I could give each employee a review, I’d leave 10000000/10 stars for everyone. I love this laundromat

I have been a customer before the Covid epidemic is one of the cleanest friendliest helpful everything that you could want I’d come out of my way across from home just to go here. Everything is always clean and it’s a Safe Pl., Magnus is my favorite person that helps me with anything and she keeps a place spotless

I recently started to come back to this location, in the past I found that the men that were working there were not very good at keeping the place clean. I recently decided to start using this laundromat again because they hired a wonderful woman named Maggie. She’s doing a great job with keeping things clean and the bathroom is always clean and has toilet paper. I can’t say that the boys/men kept the bathroom remotely clean. And they always would act a certain kinda way when I would ask to use the restroom, and if it needed toilet paper it was like I was inconveniencing them. Maggie is happy to accommodate the needs of the customers, and always has a smile and professional attitude. I am thrilled that they hired her, and I hope they do not lose her. She’s a valuable asset to this establishment.
